Cat Trapped in Washing Machine: Owner’s Shocking Rescue

Barsik the cat, which the owner almost washed in the machine, came to his senses from shock.
Details about the cat’s condition, which an 80-year-old Muscovite woman washed with kitchen towels in a machine, have been revealed. After a strong shock, the animal came to himself; the life of the cat was not threatened. This was told by the pensioner’s neighbor in a conversation with a local news site.

“Galina was going to wash kitchen towels, and the cat Barsik sat on a stool and watched. Everything as always. When she started the machine, she went to watch TV. And then she heard the animal shrieking,” – shared the woman’s details.

The owner of the four-legged animal was in a panic status. She called the Ministry of Emergency Situations, where she was given instructions on how to drain the water and unlock the washing machine door. Galina managed to get the pet out of the trap before the rescuers arrived. Barsik did not even get wet – just scared.
